Infrastructure Manager Multi Annual Contract

The Commission for Railway Regulation within its Regulator role is designated the Independent Monitoring Body to monitor and review the performance of the Infrastructure Manager.

This function specifically relates to the Multi-Annual Railway Infrastructure Contract between the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport and Iarnród Éireann Infrastructure Manager. The CRR is required to provide the Minister with a report on the progress made by the Infrastructure Manager in regard to the programme of works planned each year under the contract.

We also assess the performance of the Infrastructure Manager in delivering infrastructure services as measured against the specific Performance Indicators contained within the contract.
